Student Course Feedback results are available through secure Qualtrics dashboards designed to support academic leadership, reporting, and faculty review processes.

Dashboard Access (Summer 2025 and Forward)

  • Dashboard access is based on your departmental or college role and existing permissions.
  • Dashboards include Student Course Feedback collected from Summer 2025 onward.
  • Student Course Feedback collected prior to Summer 2025 is not displayed in the dashboard and is available via departmental archives (see below).

Accessing Feedback from Previous Terms

Student Course Feedback from earlier terms is available in the following locations:

Spring 2021 – Spring 2024

  • Feedback from these terms is added to the Box folders your department already uses for SCF reports (2007–2020)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who has admin access to SCF results?
Access is based on department or college-level roles. Contact us if someone in your unit needs access.

Will the reports change with Qualtrics?
The core structure will remain, but formatting and access methods will be updated. We’ll share new templates and walkthroughs.

Can I still get feedback from courses before 2021?
Yes. Reports from 2007–2020 are in your department’s Box archive. Email scf@utah.edu for help.

What if an instructor doesn’t appear in my dashboard?
Dashboard access is based on PeopleSoft roles. Let us know if something looks off.

Senate Advisory Committee on Student Course Feedback (SACSCF)

The SACSCF designed, and will revise as needed, a standardized “Student Course Feedback Instrument” and a standardized “Course Feedback Report” suitable for use in all credit-bearing courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
