Accessing Student Course Feedback Results

Student Dashboard

The Student Dashboard provides access to SCF results to help students make informed choices during registration. The dashboard pages are accessible through links in the Class Schedule and Class Registration systems and are available to anyone with a valid University login.

Instructor Dashboard

The Instructor Dashboard gives instructors access to detailed feedback for the courses they teach. Dashboard pages include quantitative summaries and student comments. Access is automatically granted to instructors of record.

Administrator & Staff Dashboard

The Admin & Staff Dashboard provides department- and college-level access to SCF reports across all courses in a unit. This includes response rates, aggregated data, and instructor-level results.

Access is granted to Deans, Department Chairs, and approved administrative faculty and staff. To request access, contact scf@utah.edu. Requests must be authorized by the head of the appropriate unit.
